  • 2019 - Change of name to MASCHINENBAU Kern e. K.

New production hall with office building

The new production hall with office building was funded by the “Europäischer Fonds für Regionale Entwicklung (EFRE)” with the funding guideline “Spitze auf dem Land! Technologieführer Baden-Württemberg”.

Maschinenbau Kern GmbH, as an KMU, was able to demonstrate its technological competence for the funding by demonstrating its high degree of innovation in various mechanical engineering areas.

EFRE project summary: Maschinenbau Kern GmbH is active in the construction of special machinery. The company is currently working on the development and production of new types of modular circular ovens and cryotechnical equipment. The continuous ovens can be integrated into production lines and are suitable, for example, for the controlled curing of adhesive joints. The cryogenic systems are used for the correct feeding of deep-frozen components in automated assembly processes. The funding will support the new construction.
